  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been processed, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation which will include a shipping number. Here you can track it through the Australia Post website which can be found at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
  • How do I return an item?
    You may return most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the product is received in a damaged condition or is a result of our error, please contact us to arrange return shipping at our expense at info@mashsfx.com.au. Images of the damage will be required. We will accept returns for change of mind providing the product is returned in original packaging, unused and undamaged (within the 30-day period outlined). Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A full refund or exchange will be made once we receive the item.
  • What products would you recommend for beginners?
    A great complete set of SFX makeup products is the Mehron Pro Kit, which has everything to get started. If you are looking for a cheaper option, some essential products would be fake blood, liquid latex, spirit gum and wax (e.g., Synwax). A lot can be achieved by having these products as a base. You can find the Mehron Pro Kit available in our online store here.
  • What brands does MashSFX carry?
    MashSFX stocks quality brands like Mehron, Ripper FX and Tinsley. We will continue to examine and stock a wide range of brands, giving our customers as much choice as possible.
  • If I have sensitive skin, can I still use all SFX products?"
    It is not recommended to use liquid latex if you have sensitive skin, however most products are suitable. The best thing to do if you are worried you might have a reaction to a product is to do a patch test.

MashSFX will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
