General Shipping Info:

·         We post all orders Monday – Thursday, excluding all WA public holidays.

·         All postage methods include a tracking number, which can be found on your shipping confirmation email.

·         We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.

 

Due to Covid restrictions there may be delays with some post deliveries.

REGULAR POST -  Australia Post may leave your package if no one is home, or a card for later collection from your local post office. We have no control over which, therefore please choose your shipping method carefully.  Authority to leave is default.  If you have any concern about a package being left, please choose "NO" to authority to leave at checkout. If your package has not arrived within 10 days, please contact us so we can lodge an investigation with Australia Post.

EXPRESS POST -  Delivery time when posting Express with Australia Post is subject to the Express Network terms and conditions.  Given our own location, we it cannot guaranteed next day delivery.   Please allow up to 5 BUSINESS days for delivery.  If your package has not arrived within 5 business days, please contact us so we can lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
